NJAC is holding its 71st Annual Conference in-person from May 4th through May 6th at Caesars in Atlantic City. Please join us in this celebration of county government which brings together over 500 elected and appointed officials and business leaders to focus on issues that impact our counties and residents within the State of New Jersey. Registered attendees have the opportunity to participate in educational seminars, approved for continuing education credits, and interact with county and State government officials that make New Jersey great!

Returning this year are the County College/Vocational Technical Schools Acapella Sing-Off and County Vocational-Technical Schools Cook-Off Challenge. Acapella performances will take place on Thursday, May 5th, during the Exhibitors’ Reception from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. County Vocational and Technical Schools will participate in the Cook-Off Challenge beginning at 12:15 p.m. on Friday, May 6th. The eleven schools cooking up some delicious appetizers for you are:
Atlantic County Institute of Technology; Burlington County Institute of Technology; Camden County Technical Schools; Cape May Tech; Cumberland County Technology Education Center; Gloucester County Vocational-Technical School; Hunterdon County Vocational Schools; Mercer County Technical Schools; Middlesex County Vocational and Technical Schools; Monmouth County Vocational Schools; and Somerset County Vo-Tech.
Many of you already know that NJAC is one of the few organizations that holds a nearly all-inclusive conference. The conference registration includes:
- Entry into the exhibition hall and seminars
- Buffet Breakfasts
- Coffee all day
- Luncheons
- Receptions
- 2 p.m. check-out on Friday, May 6th, to the first 125 registered guests.
- (2) guest admissions per day to the fitness center.
- Basic WiFi access to include (2) devices per hotel room per day.
- $5.00 voucher toward self-parking or $10.00 voucher toward valet for every conference attendee staying at Caesars.
- Discounted hotel room rates at Caesars, and provide code SC05AC2 in order to receive the discounted rate. The nightly government room rate is $99.00 total while the non-government rate is $79.00 plus resort/tourism fees and taxes. For those making online room reservations, click here. If you are a government agency making online room reservations, please be certain that the credit card is authorized for government use; otherwise taxes will be applied. For those government agencies paying via a purchase order, please follow the reservation procedures. *PO’s must be received by Caesars 15 days before the stay and payment must be made before the reservation date. Checks are not accepted at the reservations desk.

As an exhibitor you receive:
- (1) carpeted 8′ across x 10′ deep booth
- (2) full registrations
- 6′ skirted table

- WiFi access in the exhibit hall and seminar rooms
If you are a government agency, then you can exhibit at a discounted rate and have two package options. Exhibit Packages A and B include all of the items listed above, but if you take advantage of Package A then the cost of (1) hotel room for two nights is included. As a Package A Exhibitor, you won’t even have to make your own room reservation. Kim Nolan, NJAC Office Manager, (kim@njac.org) will take care of that for you! Just let her know who should receive the room reservation.
Do not submit your individual/exhibit registration or sponsorship form via United States Postal Service after April 20th. To ensure you are pre-registered, email or fax your paperwork to Kim Nolan, NJAC Office Manager – kim@njac.org or 609-989-8567. The last day to pre-register is Friday, April 29th. After April 29th, you must register on-site.
COVID-19 Protocols: In addition to the general COVID-19 protocols outlined below, the New Jersey Association of Counties (NJAC) will implement the COVID-19 protocols as required by Caesars Hotel and Casino in Atlantic City and the State of New Jersey during NJAC’s annual conference scheduled for May 4th, 2022 through May 6th, 2022. NJAC’s general COVID-19 protocols will include: making face coverings available for all conference attendees; making hand sanitizer available at all conference events and functions; making disposable gloves available for all conference attendees; and, implementing social distancing protocols at all workshops, events, and functions as practical.
