The New Jersey Association of Counties (NJAC) conducted a virtual workshop, titled “Revitalizing New Jersey’s Infrastructure through the I-Bank.” This session provided an overview of the water and transportation financing programs available through the I-Bank and included a discussion of eligible projects and borrowers, the application process, potential cost benefits, timelines and expectations, technical requirements, loan structure, the application process, and current financing packages.
