The New Jersey Association of Counties (NJAC) presented REDUCING RECIDIVISM IN YOUTH based on the successful collaborative model led by the Camden County Youth Services Commission, which is responsible for the planning, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating of the County’s community-based spectrum of services for adjudicated and delinquent youth. The Commission is comprised of high-level policy makers, parents, youth, and youth serving organizations in Camden County dedicated to developing and delivering effective and accessible programs and services that help youth, young adults, and families reach their full potential.
