A recently passed law establishes mechanisms to allow public-private partnerships for various building and highway infrastructure projects in New Jersey. Under the bill’s provisions, a public body would be authorized to use private capital to fund viable projects encouraging competition and transparency while providing a cost-effective means of financing construction projects.
