Workplace Literacy and Basic Skills Program. The program, offered via a partnership between NJBIA, the New Jersey Community College Consortium for Workforce and Economic Development, and the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development, offers free training at your community college to enhance technology and basic skills for your employees, as well as training in English as a second language and Spanish in the workplace to ensure your business has a well-trained and highly skilled workforce.
We encourage you to share this program with your constituencies. This program has been in existence for many years assisting over 11,000 employers and nearly 200,000 employees.
