The 72nd NJAC Annual Conference takes place this year at Caesar’s in Atlantic City, NJ from May 3rd to May 5th. Currently, NJAC is accepting proposals for its annual conference workshops. Space is limited, so please submit your proposal no later than February 11th to Loren Wizman by email at loren@njac.org. To make sure that our elected officials, administrators, finance officers, purchasing officials, planners, engineers, attorneys, public works employees, accountants, and other county officials actively participate in our conference, the conference committee will give priority consideration to workshops approved for continuing education credits by the appropriate State agencies and the Rutgers University Center for Local Government Services.
- Workshop sessions should be educational and informative, and 50-60 minutes long.
- Proposals should include the name, title, and organization of those presenting.
- Proposals should contain a title and one-page informative summary of the workshop.
- Proposals should include handouts, power point presentations, and other materials.
- Proposals should be submitted by February 11th.
We’ll make sure to notify you in writing of the time, location, and other important detail concerning your workshop well in advance of the conference.
