This year marks the 67th NJAC Annual Conference taking place at Caesar’s in Atlantic City, New Jersey.

What’s included in your registration cost?

Did you know that NJAC is one of the few conference events where the individual and exhibitor registration cost includes entry into the exhibition hall and seminars, continental breakfasts, luncheons, receptions, reporters’ roundtable, board of directors meetings, award ceremonies, and other conference related events?  Exhibitors receive two full conference registrations included in their package along with a 6′ skirted table, 2 chairs, a 110v electrical outlet, wastebasket, WiFi access, and carpet in the 8′ x 10′ booth.   If you are a county or State government agency and take advantage of Exhibit Package A, then one hotel room for two nights is also included. Kim Nolan, Officer Manager, will make your hotel reservation should you choose Package A, but you must email the form to her.  Individual and Exhibitor Registration Form and Hotel Reservation Form.  Do not submit your registration via United States Postal Service after April 21st.  To ensure you are pre-registered, email or fax your paperwork to Ms. Nolan.  The last day to pre-register is Friday, May 5th.   After May 5th, you must register on-site.

If you are shipping materials for your exhibit booth, please complete the Shipping Kit form required by AEX Convention Services.

If you are interested in hosting an event, then please review and sign up using the Event Hosting and Ad Journal Advertisement Form.  Email your form to Loren Wizman, Business Development Director.  Please note that a Corporate Host,  Meet the Gubernatorial Candidates Host, and President’s Luncheon and Awards Ceremony with Reporters’ Roundtable receive one complimentary hotel room for two nights.  Please email your completed hotel reservation form to Kim Nolan, Office Manager.
