The Garden State Employment and Training Association (GSETA) is a statewide professional organization.  The annual conference is geared towards improving workforce development strategies occurring across our nation.  It draws participants of all levels including:  direct service staff, managers, board members and others who are involved with workforce development.  Past conference attendees included employers, adult educators, community and faith based organizations, county and local welfare agencies, vocational education professionals, various service providers, city and county governments, state officials, economic development agencies, elected officials, and community action agencies.  The conference is open to workforce professionals.  For general conference information call Perry M.
